Tuition Fees & Payment Schedule

  • Installments: Tuition fees are divided into three equal installments, each due at the beginning of a term:

    • 1st Term: First two weeks of September

    • 2nd Term: First two weeks of January

    • 3rd Term: First two weeks of April.

  • Non-payment: Failure to pay on time may result in late fees, and the school reserves the right to apply its non-payment policy.

  • Additional Fees:

    • Books, Uniform & Transportation: Must be paid in full at the beginning of the academic year when settling the first tuition installment.

    • Registration Fee: AED 500, non-refundable, due by the beginning of May. This fee is deducted from the upcoming academic year’s tuition fees.

Refund Policy

  • Enrolment/ Re-enrolment Fees:

    • Collected within four months before the academic year.

    • Non-refundable, except if there are no available seats at the beginning of the academic year.

  • Tuition Fee Refunds:

    • If a student joins within the first week of the semester or doesn’t inform the school in writing sufficiently before the start, the school retains the enrolment or re-enrolment fees.

    • If a student enrolls within 1 to 3 weeks into the semester, the school retains the value of one month’s tuition fees.

    • If a student enrolls between 3 to 7 weeks into the semester, the school retains the value of two full months of tuition fees.

    • If a student enrolls for more than six weeks into the semester, the school retains the value of the entire first semester’s tuition fees.

  • Books & Uniforms:

    • Refundable in full if unused and in good condition, applicable only if the student withdraws from the school.

    • Individual items cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other benefits.

  • Transportation Fees:

    • Refunded in the same manner as tuition fees.

Non-Payment & Late Payment Policy

  • Notifications: The financial department will send three written notices, one week apart.

  • Consequences:

    • If payment is not settled after three written notices, the school has the right to temporarily stop the student for three days.

    • The school will not issue report cards, transfer certificates, or re-enroll students until the fees are paid.

    • Cheque payments are not accepted from parents with returned/bounced cheques; alternative payment methods must be used

  • Examinations: Students will not be prevented from sitting for any end-of-term or end-of-year examinations due to non-payment issues

  • Re-enrollment: The school has the right to not re-enroll students whose parents do not comply with the Tuition Fees Policy and do not adhere to the Fees Payment Schedule.
